If you have significant liquid assets like cash, stocks, bonds, etc then you may qualify for what's called an Asset Depletion Loan. Our lenders helped many entrepreneurs buy their home using an Asset Depletion Loan.

I want to buy an investment property, can I qualify?

If you're looking to scale your real estate investments then we can help you with a DSCR Loan with a low downpayment. With a DSCR loan, lenders only look at the potential rental rate of the property to qualify you for a mortgage.

What is a Qualifying Mortgage?

A Qualifying Mortgage is a mortgage that meets the guidelines of Fannie & Freddie. Think of programs like FHA, VA, Conventional Loans etc. These are full doc programs that most self employed people don't qualify for.

What is a Non-Qualifying Mortgage?
